At Gungun Jewellers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.
1. Notification for Returns
You must inform us within 2 business days (48 hours) of receiving your order if there is any issue with the product.
Returns will only be processed after approval from our Quality Control (QC) team.
2. Conditions for Return
We will accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notified us within 2 days of delivery.
The product is returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item is in its original condition and packaging.
Note: No return, exchange, or refund will be entertained if the above conditions are not met.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Notification of the issue is made after 48 hours of receipt
Return request for used, altered, or damaged products (not due to transit or manufacturing issues)
Custom or Made-to-Order products
Minor color/design variations due to the handmade nature of the products and natural gemstones
Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer
After 3 failed delivery attempts or refusal by recipient
Products returned without prior return authorization
4. Refund Policy
Once the return is approved and we receive the product in original condition, we will process your refund. Here are the key terms:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method via our secure Payment Gateway.
Refunds are issued excluding courier charges, which must be borne by the customer.
In cases where replacement is not possible, we may issue a store credit or gift card of equivalent value.
Refunds Will Be Issued In the Following Cases:
Confirmed genuine quality issues
Package lost in transit
Wrong item shipped by mistake
Refunds Will Not Be Issued In the Following Cases:
Incorrect shipping address or format (e.g. PO Box)
Delivery refused by the customer
Products returned in used or tampered condition
After 48 hours of delivery with no issue reported
Cancellation of made-to-order products: 25% of the cost will be deducted; balance will be refunded
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange is only possible if the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No exchanges will be made for size, design preferences, or change of mind.
Exchange depends on product availability; if unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order.
For customized or made-to-order items, if the order is cancelled after 3 days, 25% of the total cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
